ASoC: codecs: move kcontrols out of codec driver structure Move kcontrols from codec driver structure to component driver structure in all WCD, HDMI and WSA drivers. These changes are in accordance with the upstream changes in ASoC between Linux-4.4 and Linux-4.9 versions.
