rcu: Consolidate expedited GP code into exp_funnel_lock() This commit pulls the grace-period-start counter adjustment and tracing from synchronize_rcu_expedited() and synchronize_sched_expedited() into exp_funnel_lock(), thus eliminating some code duplication.
