V4L/DVB (13882): gspca - stv06xx-vv6410: Ensure register STV_SCAN_RATE is zero The Quickcam Web camera would not produce an image if you removed and inserted the module multiple times without physically power cycling the camera first. By writing zero to bridge register STV_SCAN_RATE (0x1443) the camera works as intended, regardless of the number of module insertions.
