[PATCH] SCSI GFP fixes

Somebody forgot that | has higher priority than ?:.  As the result,
allocation is done with bogus flags - instead of GFP_ATOMIC + possibly
GFP_DMA we always get GFP_DMA and no GFP_ATOMIC.
