platform: msm: Add snapshot of gpio-usb-detect driver
This is a snapshot of the GPIO USB detect driver from
kernel msm-4.4 'commit 189b4c8d2830 ("usb: f_gsi: Use
required RNDIS IAD descriptors with full speed descriptors")'.
