soc: qcom: Add snapshot of ipc_router_mhi_xprt

This snapshot is taken as of msm-4.4 'commit <d2afad6a903b>
("Merge "ext4 crypto: enable HW based encryption with ICE"")'.

Fix the code style warnings & errors and replace BUG_ON with WARN_ON.
