[WATCHDOG] show default value for nowayout in module parameter

change default=CONFIG_WATCHDOG_NOWAYOUT in the module parameter
for nowayout by it's real value (0 or 1) by using:
__MODULE_STRING(WATCHDOG_NOWAYOUT)
