ASoC: Ignore output frequency for WM9713 PLL The WM9713 driver does not support configuring the PLL output frequency so the output frequency parameter is irrelevant. Allow users to set it to zero by ignoring it. Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>
