xip: fix get_zeroed_page with __GFP_HIGHMEM

The use of get_zeroed_page() with __GFP_HIGHMEM is invalid. Use
alloc_page() with __GFP_ZERO instead of invalid get_zeroed_page().

(This patch is only compile tested)
