mmc: sdhci-msm: Don't enable MMC_CAP2_FULL_PWR_CYCLE The commit '6e2df8c0e' incorrectly sets this capability. This needs to be set only if the host is capable of disabling both vcc and vccq. For SDHCI MSM host controllers only vcc is disabled during suspend. Hence, remove this capability for MSM hosts.
