[PATCH] ide-floppy adjustments

Fix a build problem when IDEFLOPPY_DEBUG_BUGS is turned off, and eliminate an
access to memory that is no longer allocated (causing systems to fail booting
when CONFIG_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC is turned on).
