[CRYPTO] api: Handle unaligned keys in setkey

setkey() in {cipher, blkcipher, ablkcipher, hash}.c does not respect the
requested alignment by the algorithm. This patch fixes it. The extra
memory is allocated by kmalloc() with GFP_ATOMIC flag.
