ARM: dts: msm: Update TSENS and ADC TM nodes

Update names for TSENS sensors thermal zone to
associate individual sensor names with the
corresponding governer. Update sensor ID mapping
for CPU3 and GPU for low threshold. Add ADC TM
config to support configuring trip thresholds.
