sh: sh7786 evt2irq migration. This migrates SH7786 to evt2irq() backed hwirq lookup rather than using an open-coded calculation. This will make it possible to reposition the vector base at a later point in time. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
