sh: sparsemem support. This implements basic sparsemem support for SH. Presently this only uses static sparsemem, and we still permit explicit selection of flatmem. Those boards that want sparsemem can select it as usual. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
