[PATCH] BLOCK: Move the ReiserFS device ioctl compat stuff to the ReiserFS driver [try #6] Move the ReiserFS device ioctl compat stuff from fs/compat_ioctl.c to the ReiserFS driver so that the ReiserFS header file doesn't need to be included.
