phy: qcom-ufs-qmp-v3: remove legacy v3 phy support 8998 v1 was using the 1-lane PHY which required separate calibration sequence in addition to workaround to manage entering in and out of low power mode. As this PHY isn't used on any of the new chipsets and msm-4.9 codebase will not be used with 8998 v1 ever, this change cleans up 8998 v1 PHY support related code.
