hwmon/f71805f: Add support for "speed mode" fan speed control In "speed mode", the user specifies a target fan speed (in RPM) and the chip automatically adjusts the PWM duty cycle (or DC output level) to reach this target. Signed-off-by: Jean Delvare <khali@linux-fr.org>
