serial: msm_geni: Introduce serial driver for GENI based cores Introduce a new serial driver that communicates with Qualcomm Technologies Inc's GENI based UART core. Currently Software IO mode (FIFO mode) is supported where transfers are done synchronously using watermark and completion interrupts from the core.
