[PATCH] slab: Avoid deadlock at kmem_cache_create/kmem_cache_destroy

Prevents deadlock situation between
kmem_cache_create()/kmem_cache_destory(), and kmem_cache_create() /cpu
hotplug. The locking order probably got moved over time.
