coresight: Add snapshot of tpdm and tpda driver

This is a snapshot of the tpdm and tpda driver as of msm-4.4 commit
'ab26d098793adbf90b77d414663e34ac0c7315f6'. Add driver support to
configure tpdm and tpda hardware block. Minor coding style fixes and
copyright updates.
