blkfront: Lock blockfront_info during xbdev removal

Same approach as blkfront_closing:
 * Grab the bdev safely, holding the info mutex.
 * Zap xbdev safely, holding the info mutex.
 * Try bdev removal safely, holding bd_mutex.
