1082 ATCA computers and allows direct userspace access to the
1083 configuration of the telecom clock configuration settings. This
1084 device is used for hardware synchronization across the ATCA backplane
1085 fabric. Upon loading, the driver exports a sysfs directory,
1086 /sys/devices/platform/telco_clock, with a number of files for
1087 controlling the behavior of this hardware.
