tracing: remove obsolete TRACE_EVENT_FORMAT macro Impact: clean up The TRACE_EVENT_FORMAT macro is no longer used by trace points and only the DECLARE_TRACE, TRACE_FORMAT or TRACE_EVENT macros should be used by them.
