[ARM] rpc: ecard: remove deprecated ecard_address() and relatives ecard_address() is obsolete, and has been marked deprecated since at least 2.6.12-rc2. All in-tree users have been updated to use the new approach, so it's time to remove this. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
