lglock: remove unused DEFINE_LGLOCK_LOCKDEP()

struct lglocks use their own lock_key/lock_dep_map which are defined in
struct lglock.  DEFINE_LGLOCK_LOCKDEP() is unused, so remove it and save a
small piece of memory.
