crypto: Remove orphan tools/crypto directory The directory tools/crypto and the only file under it never gets built anywhere. This program should instead be incorporated into one of the existing user-space projects, crconf or libkcapi. Signed-off-by: Herbert Xu <herbert@gondor.apana.org.au>
