drm/i915: Apply OCD to VLV/CHV DPLL defines

Drop the spurious 'A' from the VLV/CHV ref clock enable define,
and add the "REF" to the VLV ref clock selection bit. Also
s/CLOCK/CLK/ for extra consistency.
