RCU/torture.txt: Remove section MODULE PARAMETERS The supported module parameters are detailed in both RCU/torture.txt and admin-guide/kernel-parameters.txt, and the latter is actively maintained. So this patch removes section MODULE PARAMETERS in torture.txt and adds a reference to the information in kernel-parameters.txt.
