tracing: Add samples of DECLARE_EVENT_CLASS() and DEFINE_EVENT() Add to samples/trace_events/ the macros DECLARE_EVENT_CLASS() and DEFINE_EVENT() and recommend using them over multiple TRACE_EVENT() macros if the multiple events have the same format.
