rtc: test: remove obsolete .set_mmss There is no point in testing .set_mmss versus .set_mmss64 as there are both taking the exact same argument (truncated for set_mmss though). Also, this allows to constify struct rtc_ops. Signed-off-by: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@bootlin.com>
