[PATCH] NFSD: Add server support for NFSv3 ACLs.
This adds functions for encoding and decoding POSIX ACLs for the NFSACL
protocol extension, and the GETACL and SETACL RPCs. The implementation is
compatible with NFSACL in Solaris.
