USB: option: add Longcheer/Longsung vendor ID
Longcheer is a Chinese company that manufactures the devices which a
bunch of different companies like Alcatel, 4G Systems, and Mobidata
rebrand. While I can't find Longcheer's USB ID registered anywhere,
it's pretty clear the ID is theirs.
