arm: Select core options instead of redefining them HARDIRQS_SW_RESEND and GENERIC_IRQ_PROBE are already defined as config switches in the core Kconfig file. Select them instead of defining them in ARM. Signed-off-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>
