mfd: pm8921-adc: Remove setting USRP ADC IRQ bit permissions

Remove setting the Secure processor permission bits from the
userprocessor for the ADC. The changes to set the IRQ bit
permissions and the arbiter enable for the user bank are done
on the secure processor.
