Revert "perf: Add PERF_RECORD_SWITCH to indicate context switches" This patch is not included in the AOSP common kernel and android-msm-marlin-3.18-pie. It seems to be relevant for Intel platforms only. As we don't seem to require it after all, drop it to stay closer to AOSP. This reverts commit 2fd067c17e2538097cbb019e841e3434b8246f00.
