[PATCH] fix EMBEDDED + SYSCTL menu

SYSCTL should still depend on EMBEDDED. This unbreaks the EMBEDDED menu
(from the recent SYSCTL_SYCALL menu option patch).

Fix typos in new SYSCTL_SYSCALL menu.
