hsic: hbm: 9x25: Disable hbm park mode on v1 and v2 Park mode improves throughput by forcing host controller to perform three consecutive transactions. However, it can cause packet corruption in some h/w platforms. Disable it on V1 and V2 h/w to workaround h/w bug. Enable it on V2.1 h/w as packet corrution h/w bug is fixed on it.
