sh: ubc wakeup for SH-4 only. SH-4A parts generally don't have any use for this, and it requires an alternate implementation anyways. Leave this as an SH-4 only option, as that's the only place this has been needed in the past. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
