ASoC: msm8226: Enable 5V external supply for speaker Speaker needs external supply of 5 volts in order to be enabled. This supply is controlled by PMIC GPIO 2. Enable supply to speaker only when playback is active on speaker. Supply is enabled / disabled by toggling the GPIO that controls the supply.
