msm: thermal: Initialize sysfs attributes to quiet lockdep

Dynamically allocated sysfs attributes need to be initialized
with sysfs_attr_init() otherwise we get

 BUG: key ee1d8748 not in .data!

messages printed and lockdep becomes useless.
