arm/dt: msm8974: Revert SPM sequence added for v2 The SPM sequence added for 8974v2 causes frequent bootup failures when hotplugging secondary cores in. Hence revert these changes until the sequence is fixed. This reverts commit eaaaad9948ec6c4b33091bff2cb5f960f373a6f4. This reverts commit 08e69aa042af2976dd401e68acc9aa83108b5f69.
