ehci-msm2: Add wakeup gpio support for out of band remote wakeup Some peripherals can connect directly to USB controller's root hub but do not support remote wakeup signaling to wake up the host controller when the bus is suspended. Such peripherals can be configured to use GPIOs instead. Register wakeup gpio irq to handle out of band remote wake up.
