msm: clock-8974: Add USB3 RAM clocks to be used by USB BAMs USB BAM (either 2.0 or 3.0) when configured to operate in bam to bam mode may require to use USB3 RAM as BAM FIFOs depending on the peripheral BAM or system configuration. This change allows BAM driver to turn ON the necessary clocks which are required to make USB3 RAM accessible.
