ASoC: WCD9XXX: Add support for class H PA controller Class H PA controller analyzes the signal which will be sent to the PA's (EAR or HPHL/HPHR) in order to adjust the supply voltage of the PA to make the system as efficient as possible. Add support for class H PA controller as common code for multiple audio codecs.
