sh: Add sh to the CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE dependencies. Presently we only use this with CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL, but it is something that can be supported commonly. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
