usb: usb_bam: Add support to reset BAM before connect USB peripheral may be RESET as part of cable disconnect. This disables corresponding BAM as well. Hence, add support in usb_bam driver to reset BAM before connecting pipes based on the flag passed as platform data or using device tree.
