diag: Edit lock conditions for USB buffers DIAG uses dedicated buffers for each peripheral processor, to write their data to USB. Setting the right locking condition before DIAG uses buffer, enables mutual exclusion. Signed-off-by: Shalabh Jain <shalabhj@codeaurora.org>
