[PATCH] ide: MPC8xx IDE depends on IDE=y && BLK_DEV_IDE=y

The following patch adds a dependancy on IDE=y && BLK_DEV_IDE=y 
for the MPC8xx IDE driver. 

The code is not modular at the moment (init called from platform setup code).
