msm: camera: Add camera support for 8974 liquid

Add two dtsi files, msm8974-camera-sensor-liquid for liquid
variant and msm8974-camera-sensor.dtsi for all other variants.
Change mount angle for S5K3L1YX sensor on liquid. OV2720 uses
cam 2 slot on liquid, use CSIPHY and CSID core 2 and update
mclk and reset gpio for OV2720. Change cam_src_clk to mclk2
for OV2720.
